What the in-app deletion removes

After a successful in-app deletion, the following account data is removed from Roamark's active Firebase services:

  • Your authentication record and account profile.
  • Your private cloud records, including synced visits, progress, notes, and preferences.
  • Cloud files stored under your account, including synced photos and any uploaded profile photo.
  • Your public profile and your Traveler Pick contributions and display-name attribution. Public recommendation counts are updated.

Roamark also clears app data on the device used to complete in-app deletion. If you used Roamark on another device, remove its local app data there as well.

If you posted to the travel feed, reacted to posts, or used follows or follow requests, email support to have those related records reviewed and removed. The current in-app deletion process does not remove every social record stored outside your account.

A purchase receipt record is retained with your account ID removed and marked as blocked to prevent a purchase token from being reused. Roamark currently has no automatic expiry for this blocked record. Google Play and Apple manage their own purchase histories under their policies.
